GENERAL TERMS & PAYMENT METHODS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, EFT payment and cheque.
Orders are to be prepaid and accompanied by an account application form.
Minimum order value is $300.00 for initial & re-orders
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch, your order will be picked, packed and invoiced.
An email or phone call will be made for payment, if we are unable to get a hold of you for payment within 3 weeks of placing the order, we will need to return this back to our inventory.

PRICING AND PRODUCT POLICY
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to improved quality or safety requirements, modifications to design and or specifications may change without notice.
RETURNS/CLAIMS/CANCELLATIONS
All claims for shortages must be notified within 7 days, damaged and faulty goods
Cancellation of goods must be confirmed in writing and prior to shipping otherwise the customer will incur all freight charges for delivery and return of any cancelled order.
Credits cannot be given for shop worn or tagged items, no exceptions.
No returns will be permitted on closeout items, no exceptions.
All returned goods, must be authorized by Wild Republic Australasia Pty Ltd prior they are returned by the customer. Wild Republic Australasia Pty Ltd will not accept or acknowledge any credit claims for returned goods, where not authorized by Wild Republic Australasia Pty Ltd.
Returned goods must be in good order and condition.
FREIGHT CHARGES
Free freight for all orders over $1,200 (excluding GST) will be delivered to all Capital city metropolitan areas and $2,200 and over for all other regions in Australia.
Deliveries will be made by the shipper of our choice unless otherwise specified. We will always check for the best rates and timely delivery to meet your needs.
BACKORDERS
All backorders will be supplied if the order is over the required threshold, these will be sent out with free freight as long as the order comes to or exceeds the threshold:
Northern Territory, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania backorder threshold is $300 ex GST. Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Canberra backorder threshold is $200.00 ex gst. All orders that are under the threshold will be deleted unless Customer Service has been advised and the customer is happy to pay the freight expenses.
MERCHANDISING STANDS
The use of Wild Republic merchandising stands is restricted to displaying Wild Republic merchandise and products only, failure to comply with this condition will result in their removal.
